THE SCHOOL CAMPUS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

The School has 120 acres of land, on which a well planned school Buildings are laid over campus. The member of the managing committee after visiting a number of well known Public school and Military School, planned the layout. The campus consist of a main school building, administration building well furnished class-rooms, Hostel, Dining Hall, Gymnastic Hall, Music Hall, Meditation Hall, Hospital Building, Computer Lab, Science Lab, Library & Reading Hall, Principal’s Bungalow, Staff Quarters, Swimming pool, Play Ground of 10 acres and Water park amd Girls' Hostel.

ADMISSIONS

Admissions are open for the deserving students irrespective of their caste and creed from Std. 1st to Std. 12th provided vacancies exist. Admission will be confirmed only after producing the certificate of medical fitness in the prescribed form attached to the prospectus. All entries in the admission form should be properly filled in before its submission to the office,

Subject to the following conditions:-

  • The minimum age for admission to class 1st is 5+ yrs. & 5th is 9+ yrs.
  • The school year is divided in two terms beginning in June and November respectively.
  • New candidates seeking admission to Std. 5th onwards have to face a qualifying test in English, Mathematics and Science, followed by an oral interview.
  • Student from other states, that is excluding Maharashtra State will have to submit school certificate duly countersigned by the District Education Officer for admission.
  • Admissions are given at the beginning of the academic year only. The leaving certificate from the previous school attended should be obtained only after the admission is confirmed to this school.
  • The application form along with prospectus will be supplied on payment of Rs. 200/- in cash or in form of demand draft drawn in favour of “Principal, Biyani Military School, Bhusawal."
  • The child will be permitted to attend classes only if the fees as laid down have been fully paid.
  • The principal reserves the right to send the child home whose fees and other charges are not fully received.

*The existing academic syllabus of Secondary school Board of Maharashtra State will be applicable to the students.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • After long vacations students will have to be present on schools re-opening day, before 5:00 p.m. Parents please take note or else your child will be fined with Rs. 100/- per day.
  • Provide all the articles as per the school list at the time of admitting your ward in school.
  • The school fees must be paid fully otherwise your ward will not be allowed to admit in school.
  • When once the student is admitted to the school, even for one day also & wants to leave the school fees are not refundable at any circumstances. Therefore the parents are advised to take consent of the student & all the family members, before admitting their child in the school.
  • On parents visiting day only the parents are allowed to meet their wards. No one will be allowed to meet on other days. In emergency if you need to meet your son/daughter take the prior permission of the principal.
  • Parents can talk to their child only after 20 days from reporting date. Outside too much eatables are not allowed.
  • During Annual Prize Distribution of the school, those students only will be awarded who are clever and excellent in studies and other activities. To encourage the students your presence is very necessary.
  • Due to marriage in the family or their cousins marriage or other domestic functions your ward will not get leave for these functions. So please try to plan your all kind of functions during vacations.
  • Only by the prior permission of the principal you will be allowed to take your ward home, in case of emergency or some unavoidable reason. A strict action will be taken against the late comers if a student doesn’t report to the school on the said date.
  • If the student damages any school articles or property, recovery of the damages will be recovered by him/her. It may be the price of articles or even more than that.
  • Promotion of the child will only be decided on his attendance. 80% attendance is compulsory.
  • If the child is found with valuable things like (wrist-watch, gold chain, ring, money, mobile or any electronic device etc.), it will taken away by the school authorities. In case they lose these things, the school will not be responsible for it.
  • If the student is found misbehaving, once he or she will be warned, if not improved the behavior, he/she will be fined and still found misbehaving, the school authorities can rusticate the student from the school.
  • The principal holds the right to allow the students to continue or to send him back home on account of remains ill for a long period or is considered physically unfit to fulfill the strenuous routine of the Military school.
  • If parents wish to withdraw their ward, they are required to inform the principal in writing by hand before 12th May; otherwise parents have to pay the fees decided by the school management time to time.

WITHDRAWALS

  • Admissions are given for the complete academic year, therefore parents have to pay the whole year's fees, if they want to withdraw their ward in between.
  • If parents want to withdraw their ward's name from the school after completing the academic year, they must submit (by hand) the written application of L.C. Demand before 12th May. If application demanding for school Leaving Certificate received after 12th May, next year's, tuition fee will be charged as a fine.
  • School leaving certificates/transfer certificate are not issued until all fee dues of the school are settled.
